A complete, thoughtfully curated design plan for one room—delivered virtually. The project will begin with a virtual kick off meeting to refine your vision, investment parameters, and aesthetic—establishing a clear and intentional design direction.
You will receive a design presentation curated specifically for your home, complete with the recommended furniture space plan and shoppable selections. All recommendations are tailored to how you live, work, and entertain—never one-size-fits-all. Additional revisions to the layout and shoppable list are available at an hourly rate.

04. REVEAL
Following design approval, we’ll procure the selections, monitor project progress, and manage any unforeseen issues that arise. Once construction is complete, we’ll install all furnishings, art, and accessories.

Once approved, we’ll further explore your needs, design aesthetic, and how to best elevate your space. During this phase, we’ll produce design boards, drawings, renderings, and make selections. The result? A design presentation thoughtfully crafted to who you are and how you want to live.

Our design fees follow a fixed fee structure that is based on the size, scope and your expectations for the project. As the client, you will understand your design fee investment from the very beginning and will not be surprised by time billing invoices throughout the project.

Yes! Our Design Intensive is ideal for clients who want a polished, professional design plan and prefer a hands-on role in execution. We deliver the design plan and sourcing with precision and clarity—no excess, just thoughtful design you can confidently implement.
Full Service Design is a luxury, curated experience where SBD designs, orders and installs the entire space. This includes all finishes, furnishings, lighting, custom window treatments and all accessories. These are sourced from our trade vendors and further ensure that your space is unique to you.
“To The Trade” refers to showrooms and manufacturers who do not sell to the general public. These products are only available to designers and businesses who have a registered sales tax ID and are approved to purchase from a trade showroom.
Yes. Our Curated Design Services are available for clients who need focused guidance rather than a full design engagement. This offering is ideal for targeted decisions—such as reviewing a floor plan, selecting finishes, sourcing a specific piece, or refining an existing design direction.
